Sunday Notices - 29th October 2023

1. November 1st is All Saints Day.

2. November 2nd is All Souls Day. Mass timings are as under :

In the Church :

- 6.30 AM English;

- 7.00 AM Konkani; 

- 7.30 AM English;

- 7.00 PM English;

- 8.00 PM Tamil

The Oshiwara Cemetery Mass timings are displayed on the Notice Board.

3. Masses for All Souls Day are being accepted in the Parish office during office hours till 31st October, 2023.

4. Friday, November 3rd is the First Friday of the month.  Holy Half Hour in the Church at 5:30 P. M. in Tamil, 6:00 P. M. in Konkani & 6.30 P. M. in English.

5. There will be PPC Meeting on Saturday, 4th November at 8.15 P. M. after the evening Mass in the Church Hall. Parish Council Members are requested to be present.

6. Marriage Encounter live-in weekend will be held from 4th to 5th of November, 2023 at Canossa Convent, Andheri East. For details please see the Notice Board.

7. There will be Mass in Marathi on Sunday, 5th of November - 2023 at 12.00 noon in the Church.

8. Our Parish is accepting Masses which will be celebrated privately by any Priest or at any Mission Station.  Parishioners interested in offering such Masses, may please approach the Parish Office.

9. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who dedicated their time and effort to prepare delicious food for the Rosarian Food Dhamaka.  We also express our sincere appreciation to those who generously contributed towards the noble cause.  

10. The Sunday School team thank all the donors and sponsors for their generous contribution and support towards the Mission Reach Out programme.   

11. A Retreat is being organized by St. Thomas Academy for the students of V to X on 6th, 7th & 8th of November from 9.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.  It is conducted by Fr Norbert and his team. Parishioners who are in other schools and wish to participate may give your consent form to your Sunday school teacher or submit the same in the secondary section school office.

12. There will be the Rosarian Sports Fiesta on November 10th, 11th & 12th i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Please note that the registration deadline has been extended to 5th of November.  Don’t forget to register and be part of the fun.

13. The Bombay Catholic Sabha of our Parish unit in collaboration with Holy Spirit Hospital is conducting Blood Donation Drive today in the school basement.

Kindly note during the month of November there will be Mass in Tamil on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8.00 PM.
