1. Today we celebrate Thanksgiving Day. We thank God for all our benefactors of the community fund because of whose kindness we are able to reach out to people needing help. A thank you to all who take up leadership & give their time to the service of mission.
2. Tomorrow / Today there will be Mass in Marathi at 12.15 pm in the Church
3. On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary, the Bombay Catholic Sabha of our Parish has organized a Peace March day-after tomorrow/ tomorrow, Monday, the 02nd October. For further details, kindly refer our Notice Board.
4. Novena Masses in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary in English will be at 7.00 PM and in Tamil at 8.00 PM during the week days
Kindly note on Wednesday there is no Konkani mass as we meet on Saturday, the 07th October, where there will be Mass in Konkani at 6.00 PM celebrated by Fr. Franklin Avin.
5. On Sunday, 08th October, we celebrate our Parish Feast. The 11.00 am Feast Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Allwyn D’Silva.
Kindly note on this day, the evening Mass will be in Tamil followed by the Procession.
6. On the occasion of our Parish Feast, a 3-day celebration has been planned on the church grounds on 07th, 08th and 14th October, 2023 wherein Food Stalls, Flea Market & other Entertainment programs have been planned. Parishioners who are interested to display & sell their products other than the food items are encouraged to book the stalls on priority as they will be allotted on a First Come First Served basis. 7. On Monday, 09th October, lowering of the Flag will be after 6.00 PM Tamil Mass.
8. Our Parish is accepting Masses which will be celebrated privately by any priest or at any mission station. Parishioners’ intent offering such masses may please approach the Any Day Mass counter or the Parish office.
9. There will be the Rosarian Sports Fiesta on November 10, 11 & 12, i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Various indoor and outdoor games as well as group games will be available. Participants of all age groups can join with a registration fee of Rs 30/- per game per person through the registration desk available.
10. Parishioners who have any contact with estate agents are requested to share contact details in the Aquinas International School Office. The purpose is strictly for display our school banners and posters at the upcoming projects or their office.
11. The South Borivali Deanery youth day is being held at St. Anthony Church, Malvani on 15th October from 4pm onwards. All youth from 15 to 25 years can register by Scanning the QR Code on the notice board. Registration fee: Rs50/- & Last date to register is 08 October 2023
12. Finger-prints and stains are found on the glass that house the Monstrance in the Adoration Chapel. We request our parishioners not to touch the glass.
