SIXTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR Sunday Notices 11th February 2018
1. The Bombay Catholic has put up a Help Desk on Sunday, 11th February from 7.45 a.m.
to 12 noon in the room next to the Parish Office.
2. A thousand Hail Mary will be prayed on Tuesday, 13th February from 9.00 a.m.
onwards. All are welcome.
3. Wednesday, 14th February is Ash Wednesday, a day of fast and abstinence. Masses
will be as follows:
6.30 a.m. in English 7.15 a.m. in English
6.00 p.m. in Tamil 7.00 p.m. in Konkani 8.00 p.m. in English
Ashes will be imposed after the gospel during all the Masses.
4. Way of the Cross in Tamil will be held on Thursday, 15th February at 6.00 p.m. in the
Church.
5. Way of the Cross in Konkani will be held on Friday, 16th February at 6.00 p.m. and in
English after the evening Mass in the Church.
6. The Managing Committee meeting of the Bombay Catholic Sabha will be held on
Sunday, 18th February at 11.30 a.m. in the room next to the Parish Office.
7. RSSK and Women Cell are organizing Women’s Day celebration on Sunday, 4
th March
in the school quadrangle from 4.30 p.m. onward. Coupons can be purchased from
the members sitting at the desk outside with payment of Rs.130.00 per person.
8. Admissions to Aquinas International School for Nursery, KG and Grades I to V have
already begun. Application forms are available in the school office during office
hours.
9. Procedure for repair work of the Church is still underway and we are awaiting the go
ahead from the Archbishop. We depend on your generosity to execute the work.
