UPDATE: 11th November 2021

Dear Parishioners!

This is to inform you that it has been decided to discontinue the registration process for the Daily Weekday Masses with effect from Friday 12th November 2021.

Prior registration will not be required to attend Mass on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

On Saturdays prior registrations will not be required to attend Mass in the Morning.

Prior registrations will be required to attend Mass on Saturday evening and all Masses on Sundays, which please note.

On First Fridays of the month, prior registrations will be required to attend the evening Mass. We will announce this at the beginning of every month.

The Google Form for Mass Registrations will be modified tomorrow morning to incorporate the above change.

An appeal to all parishioners to register only for the Masses which they will attend on Sundays, as we are facing an issue of Mass being fully booked and vacant seats in the Church for that Mass.

We thank all parishioners for their understanding and cooperation and look forward to see more parishioners attending the daily weekday Masses at the Church.

UPDATED: 11/10/2021

The Parish Team has reviewed the registrations for the Masses at the Church and I am glad to inform you that it has been decided to add a Tamil Mass on Saturdays at 5.30 p.m. The Tamil Mass will be with the Sunday Liturgy.

Please note that this decision is taken to ensure that maximum parishioners, who want to attend Mass at the Church, are able to do so. This decision is applicable only for the period of the pandemic restrictions, and post the pandemic, we will revert to the pre-pandemic schedule.

Changes are made to the Mass Registration Google Form and the option for the Tamil Mass at 5.30 p.m. on Saturday, 16 October 2021 will be available in some time.

From 12th October 2021, we will discontinue the online broadcast of the Mass, from our Parish. Those who are not able to attend Mass at the Church are requested to attend the online Mass of the Archdiocese of Bombay or any other Archdiocese/Parish of the Catholic Church.

We are starting a registration process for attending Mass at our Church as the maximum number of parishioners who can attend Mass is restricted to 140 due to the Covid-19 guidelines. Parishioners can register themselves for the Masses of their choice, by clicking the link below:

Link for Mass Registration: https://forms.gle/pfqdf88mY4Zm9kFPA
Please Note: Mass Registration Form will register one parishioner for one Mass.
In your family if there are four persons and all want to attend one Mass then the Mass Registration Form has to be completed for each member of the family i.e. you have to complete four forms. Similarly if one parishioner wants to attend four Masses during the week then he/she has to completed one form for each Mass i.e. four forms.

Please note the following with respect to Mass registration

1. The seats at the Mass will be allotted on a first come first serve basis. When all the seats are booked, the next available option will be displayed in the registration form.

2. The registration will be checked at the gate by the Welcome Ministry Ushers. You must mention your name and Community to enable them to check the registration

3. Those who do not register will be allowed to attend Mass only if there are vacant seats in the Church. I strongly urge all parishioners to register to avoid disappointment.

4. Please arrive 15 minutes before the Mass. After 10 minutes from the start of the Mass, if there are vacant seats in the Church, the same will be allotted to those waiting outside the Church. The registration will be automatically cancelled if you arrive late for Mass by more than 10 minutes.

5. Senior Citizens above the age of 65 years, children below the age of 10 years, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women and those with fever and Covid-19 symptoms are advised not to attend Mass at the Church. Please note that if you choose to attend in-spite of this advice, you do so at your risk and need to take extreme precaution to avoid any infection.

6. Please follow Covid-19 protocol and the instructions of the Ushers. This is required for the safety of all parishioners.

7. Please help those who do not have access to internet/smart phone to register for the Mass

8. Volunteers from the Parish will help those who are not able to register for the Masses. Details of the volunteers will be circulated separately.

Do refer to the various messages posted on the Parish Website and circulated in your community groups regarding the opening of the Church. Since the regulations/guidelines change frequently there may be changes to the above with short notice.

As advised by our Cardinal, let's thank God for the reopening of the Church and pray for the complete relief from the pandemic.

May God Bless You!

Fr. (Dr.) Francis Carvalho
