1. Today is the *Third Sunday of Lent*.
2. Today there is Lenten Mission in Marathi from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. followed by Mass in the school basement.
3. Lenten Missions with Mass in the following languages are as follows:
- In Konkani on 13th & 14th March at 7.00 p.m.
- In Tamil from 15th March to 19th March at 7.00 p.m.
Kindly note the daily 7.00 p.m. English Mass has been advanced to 6.00 p.m. on the days of Mission, except on Wednesday, 15th March, the Mass will be at 5.30 p.m. in Konkani.
4. Station of the Cross after the evening Mass are as follows:
- Wednesday in Konkani, Thursday in Tamil and Friday in English
- Kindly note during Mission, the Mission program replaces the Station of the Cross.
5. Confessions in our Parish on Friday 24, Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 March from 6 pm to 8: 30 pm on school ground.
6. We encourage communities to circulate the Crucifix and pray the Stations of the Cross during the Season of Lent. Crucifix can be collected from the Parish office, which can be returned before the Good Friday service.
7. Today Rosary Samaj Seva Kendra will be celebrating Women’s Day function after the evening Mass. Kindly note, in view of this there will be no parking of vehicles in the Church complex today evening.
8. Parish Pastoral Council elections will be held on Sunday, 26th March, 2023.
Nomination Forms may be collected from the Parish Councilors or from the Parish office.
Nomination Forms can be submitted to the Parish office from 06th March 2023 to 18th March, 2023.
The names of the Election Committee are displayed on the Notice Board. Please contact any of the Committee Members for more details.
9. Family Cell is organizing a Pilgrimage Way of the Cross to Darya Maata Shrine, Bate Bandar, Uttan on Saturday, 25 March 2023. Those interested please register your name in the Parish office. The amount for the trip is Rs. 300/- per person.
10. The Legionaries of St. Thomas Church, Goregaon are organizing their 40th Annual Lenten Walking Pilgrimage on March 25, 2023. For further details kindly to refer the banner put up in the church campus.
11. We congratulate The Bombay Catholic Sabha unit of our Parish who have been awarded the honour of “Star Unit” of Borivali Deanery. We encourage them to continue with their good work.
12. Lenten Alms envelopes can be collected from the Parish Councilors and the same can be dropped in the box kept in the Church.
