1. Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord, 47 children of our Parish will receive First Holy Communion today in the 10.30 am Mass.
2. P.P.C. Meeting today at 8.00 pm in Parish Hall.
3 There will be Mass in Marathi today at 12.15 pm in the Church.
4. Sunday School will resume on Sunday, 14 January, 2024.
5. The Parish team and the Christmas Committee would like to thank all the volunteers, donors and the participants for making Month of December a grand success.
6. We thank our Parish Communities for participating in the star competition and we congratulate the winners Annai Velankanni Community of Bhagat Singh Nagar got the first place. St Joseph the Worker Community of BEST
Nagar second and the third place was shared by Our Lady of Fatima Community of Hanuman Nagar and St Peter's Community of Bangur Nagar.
7. The Crib prepared by our Parish youth won second prize in the Borivali Deanery Crib competition. We congratulate our youth.
8. Borivali Deanery is celebrating SCC Rally today at St Thomas School Grounds, from 5.00 pm onwards.
9. Pongal will be celebrated on 14 January, 2024 from 7.00 PM onwards in the school quadrangle with cultural events & traditional dinner.
Registration per person is Rs.100/. Today is the last day for Registration.
10. Parish Priest will be out from 9 January till 23 January 2024. Fr. Anto Denish will be the Acting-Parish Priest.
11. ALL PARISHIONERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE: For Funeral Announcement & Arrangements to be made, you are requested to bring a copy of the Medical Cause of Death Certificate to Any Priest of the Parish to finalize funeral arrangement. Only after the details have been finalized you may make Private or Public Announcement of funeral arrangements.
Funerals of parishioners only will be considered.
12. The Family Cell of St. Blaise Church. Amboli is pleased to announce its Speed-Dating Event for Roman Catholics on 21 January 2024. For further details refer our Notice Board.
13. Retrouvaille Week-End Workshop for married couples to renew marriages will be held on 19 to 21 January 2024 at Atma darshan Centre. For details please look up the Notice Board.
14. Our Parish will be going to picnic to Ocean Blue Resort, Virar on Saturday. 3 February, 2024. Registrations for this can be done at the help-desk after every mass on Saturdays & Sundays or in the Parish Office during Office hours. The amount for the same is Rs. 200/ per person.
15. Bible Diaries are available in the Parish Office during the office hours. The rates of the diaries are: English Rs 210, Tamil: Rs 150 and Marathi: Rs 200.
