Today is the Twenty-Second Sunday in Ordinary Time.
Friday, 5th September is the first Friday of the month. Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament will be held as follows: at 5.30 pm in Tamil, at 6.00 pm in Konkani, and at 6.30 pm in English.
The PPC Meeting will be held on Saturday, 6th September at 8.15 pm in the Parish Hall. Parish Council members are requested to be present.
There will be a Mass in Marathi at 12.15 pm on Sunday, 7th September.
On Monday, 8th September, we celebrate the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This day is also celebrated as Girl Child Day.
The Nativity Novena is conducted by Sunday School teachers and children with novena prayers during the 7.00 pm Mass on weekdays and at the 8.15 am Mass on Sundays. We welcome sponsors and donors in cash and in kind. The list of offerings by children during the Novena is posted on the notice board. Children are requested not to eat or have cold drinks in the church. Parents are encouraged to send their children on time for the skit.
During the Novena days, the Rosary will begin at 6.30 pm, the skit at 6.55 pm, followed by Mass. Parishioners are requested to participate in large numbers and encourage the children.
There will be no Charismatic Prayer meetings, and other novena prayers will not be said during this period.
Please note: there will be no Konkani Mass on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025.
