1. Today we celebrate Prison Ministry Sunday.
2. Tuesday, 15th August, is Day of Obligation, we celebrate the Solemnity of The Assumption of Our Blessed Virgin Mary. Masses will be as follows:
- 07.00 am : Konkani
- 08.15 am : English
- 09.30 am : Tamil
- 11.00 am : English and
- 12.00 Noon: Marathi
Kindly note there will be no evening Mass.
It is also our country’s Independence Day.
Next Sunday, 20 August is celebrated as Justice Sunday.
2. Tomorrow (to be read on Saturday) / There will be Welcome Ministry meeting today (to be read on Sunday) after the evening Mass in the school basement. As it is an important meeting, confirmation students are also requested to attend this meeting.
3. The Diocesan Vocation Service Centre is organizing the annual Quest Program on 15th August, 2023 at St Pius X Seminary (Goregaon East) from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm. For further details, please refer the notice board.
4. There will be a training session by Fr Savio De Sales for the Lectors, Cantors, Extra Ordinary Ministers and Parish Liturgy Team on Wednesday, the 16th August 2023 from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm in the Church.
5. There will be Faith Formation for Std V & VI on Sunday, 20th August from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm in the Parish Hall.
6. There will be a live-in Marriage Encounter Weekend from 26th August to 27th August at “Atma Darshan”. Andheri East. For details, see the notice board.
