Marian Quiz & Drawing Competition
As we prepare spiritually for the Novena and Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Bible Cell invites all parishioners to participate in the Marian Quiz and Drawing Competition.
Through these activities, let us deepen our knowledge and love for Mother Mary.

Marian Quiz (Online)
Eligibility: Parishioners aged 8 years and above.
Quiz Opens: Sunday, 9 August 2026
Quiz Topics
· Titles of Mother Mary
· Marian Shrines, Churches, Basilicas and their significance
· Their significance
· Virtues of Mother Mary
· Mother Mary as our Intercessor
Last Date for Submission: Sunday, 23 August 2026
Winning Criteria
Minimum 18 correct answers to qualify.
First 5 submissions with the right answers will be qualified as top winners.
All other winners are eligible for participatory prize.
All winners will get E-Certificate (make sure to enter correct email id in the google form)
Results: Saturday, 29 August 2026 (Names of winners, submission timings and correct answers will be displayed on the Parish Notice Board and Parish Website.)
Prize Distribution: Tuesday, 8 September 2026 after the 7:00 p.m. Mass in the Church for the 5 top Winners
Drawing Competition
Date: Sunday, 6 September 2026
Time: 10:30 a.m.Venue: School Hall
Categories:
Standards 1–4: Colour the given picture and identify/name it.
Standards 5–7: Draw a Biblical event or the role of Mother Mary.
Standards 8–10 & Confirmation Students: Draw a Biblical event or the role of Mother Mary.
Judging will be based on correct depiction of the story and neatness. (more than just the artistic talent itself)
Prize Distribution: Tuesday, 8 September 2026 after the 7:00 p.m. Mass in the Church
Important Instructions
· Parents are encouraged to help children prepare and practise at home.
· Bring your own pencils and colouring materials.
· No water colours.
· Do not bring scissors. Volunteers will assist if cutting is required.
