Sunday Notices - 17th August 2025

1. Today is the Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time and Prison Ministry Sunday. We pray for all those involved in this ministry and for those who are in prison. Those who wish to join the Prison Ministry may refer to the notice board.

   
   

2. Sunday, 24th August, we celebrate Justice Sunday.

   
   

3. As the month of August during the Jubilee Year is dedicated to “Eco Warriors,” free saplings are distributed today to every family in the Parish from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. The saplings can be collected only against the coupon, which is available with your Parish Counsellors.

   
   

4. Love, Intimacy, and Marriage – A program for young couples (up to 15 years of marriage) will be held in our Parish on 23rd August from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. For further details and registration, visit the desk outside.

   
   

5. A meeting of the Ministers of the Word (MOW) will be held on August 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the old Chapel Room. All MOWs of our Parish are requested to attend. For further details, please refer to the notice board.

   
   

6. The Media Cell has started a WhatsApp Channel for the Parish. For further details, please see the notice board.

   
   

7. We will begin the Nativity Novena from Saturday, 30th August 2025, conducted by Sunday School teachers and children, with novena prayers during the 7:00 p.m. Mass. We welcome sponsors/donors in cash and kind, which will be accepted in the Parish office during office hours.

8. The Senior Citizen Association of our Parish is organizing a get-together at the school basement on 30th August from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Registration can be done at the desk outside the Church at Rs. 50/- per person.

   
   

9. The Family Cell of St. Blaise Church, Amboli, and the Parish Team invite singles looking for a life partner in marriage (for the first time) to an event on 24th August 2025. For more details, please see the notice board.
